Mary Ann has over 35 years of consulting experience.

A pioneer in the business world bringing ecology and holistic health into the work place in 1979 she  founded EcoVision Associates  in the Bay Area while operating Equine LTD., a horse marketing, sales and consulting firm for 11 years.

From ecology to equine behavior, and from organizational development to sustainability, Mary Ann has maintained an eclectic business consulting practice applying her wholistic approach into various disciplines such as natural resources, international development, tourism, non-profit development, wild horse management, educational program development, animal-assisted therapy, youth leadership, equine and equestrian industry, community planning and development, marketing and media.

She consultants internationally as an equine behavior and human-animal relationship expert and works nationally wtih organziations, governments, and individuals in leadership development, creativity and strategic planning, understanding the new green and women markets, and developing sustainable communities. Much of her focus is around inspiring creative strategies for building symbiotic relationships  in cross discipline fields such as science and business.

Mary Ann’s passion is helping people and organizations increase their awareness of  how human systems can mimic natural systems and how people can build respectful relationships with nature, other species and each other.
